SLEEP WALKER

Every night when I sleep and wake up in the morning , I jump large distances. I don’t know where I go when I’m sleeping, but I never wake up where I fell asleep. The person who sleeps at night, dies, and a new person wakes up in the morning. So, if you were in my heart before I died in the night, and you are still or again in my heart when I wake up, as a new person, in the morning, then know that I truly love you, for you are anchored at a depth within me that is deeper than all the changes. But the day I wake up and check inside my heart and you are no more there, then know that a fundamental change has taken place within me. The person who exists now does not know or recognise you and does not love you anymore.

Friends, waste not the night. Pray before you fall asleep, and let your spirit walk, through its interactions and reflections, to its next station of development; yea, and let your spirit jump at night to its new conclusions. The night is not meant for sleeping. The night is meant for weeping, for keeping pace with your spiritual development, for healing, for recharging your solar plexus, and for leaping to new recognitions. Only the mind sleeps off at night, when it has grown tired of thinking. But the spirt, the spirit is awake. So, something continues to happen at the back of your mind. And what your spirit learns while your body is asleep, it will attempt to reveal to your intellect, your day-conscious mind, in the morning when you wake up again. But we don’t always understand, and we don’t always remember.

SOMETHING’S HAPPENING

New things start
When you’re not looking

Old things end
When you’re not looking

New things start
When you’re not looking

In Creation’s kitchen
There is always something cooking.

CHANGE IRREVERSIBLE

There is Something about Change -
Once it starts, it is irreversible.
Not even the changer knows its range,
Its final goal is indecipherable.

Today forgets how yesterday felt,
It only remembers that it felt somehow.
The sun shines, the snow starts to melt -
A deep Winter exits with a bow.

PEOPLE NEVER COME BACK

People never come back
They move on to the new you
Or to their new perception of you
With or without you
And you move on to the new them
Or to your new perception of them
With or without them
But the old will never come back.

Tomorrow will come.
Those who try to cling on to the past
Lose their way and orientation very fast
Because Time never goes back.
Those who meet again do so in the future
As different people with a different Nature
Because only going forward takes you back
Home.

ONE LOVE

You can only love one person, you can never love two people or even more. True love. In order to love another person, you have to first change and become a different person. But the person who loved that first person can never ever love another person. Once your heart has bonded, it can never ever unbond again, until it dies and becomes born again as a new heart.

WITHOUT A TRACE

There was once a person
I once knew her for a short while
I don’t know what happened to her
Or who she became or what lifestyle
I have no idea where she is now
I never discovered where she went to
Or who she mixed herself up with, if any
If she still exists, what she’s going through
But she made my heart childlike
Before she suddenly disappeared
Without a trace -

I pray to God, Who knows it all,
To always be with her wherever she is
And give her protection, progress and peace
And guide her to a beautiful place
Full of flowers, true love, honesty and bliss.

WRONG AND RIGHT

How can something so strong
be so wrong? Go so wrong?
We don’t belong to our emotions,
they belong to us, but our devotions
are more accurate and honest,
what we long for the strongest.
Pain brings so much blessing
to every soul that learns its lesson
and undergoes transformation,
maturation and the realisation
that it wasn’t wrong after all,
it was a strong and jarring Call
to wake up before you fall.

BRIGHTNESS UP AHEAD

There’s brightness up ahead
Curiousity and hope instead
Of shuddering tears we shed
Instead of feet that walking bled
And never a word said.
But now there’s brightness up
Ahead and an overflowing cup
And a loaf of laughter for my sup.
If you look deeply you’ll see it on my face
That my heart was caught by His grace.

WHAT’S HIDDEN IN THE SOIL

How something so good
Can just suddenly spoil
You would be so surprised
What’s hidden in the soil.

How success and fulfilment
Can defy time and toil
You would be so mortified
What’s hidden in the soil.

How the hand that loved
Can suddenly recoil
You would be so horrified
What’s hidden in the soil.

The human heart is a garden,
A kitchen, a fertile soil
And strange things happen
When things come to the boil.

YOU CANNOT

You cannot be a man - or a woman -
And go through the world
Without the world going through you

You cannot deal with people
Without people dealing with you

You cannot tackle your task
Without your task tackling you

You cannot handle issues
Without issues handling you

You cannot finish your mission
Without your mission finishing you.
