In The Light Of Truth

Only truth can heal wounds. That is why the Spirit of Truth is also the Comforter. Jesus Christ promised his disciples: “You shall know the Truth, and the Truth shall set you free.” Because only the Truth can close all gaps – and closing of gaps is the symbolic expression for the healing of wounds. Yes, only the Truth can set you free – free of pressure, free of uncertainty and insecurity, free of guilt, free of doubt and free of pain. And, finally, only the Truth can show you the way forward, through your journey, the way out of the Darkness and up to the Light.

For this purpose I recommend the book “In the Light of Truth” (the Grail Message) by Abd-ru-shin. It unveils Truth that brings clarity to the human SPIRIT and offers a new direction to the human intellect on how to grasp reality in a way that makes everything make sense. Fate and free will. Destiny and decision-making. Thoughts and words. Spirit, soul and body. Intuition and intellect. Woman and man. Humans and animals. Fairy tales and reality. Life and afterlife. Religion and science. Character and personality. Vanity and humility. Goodness, truthfulness and kindness. Self-struggle and self-conquest. Family and individuality. Homogeneity, reciprocity and responsibility. God and everything else. The Grail Message is a great help in understanding the essence of life, for it mediates clarity in the Light of Truth.

Truth. And also in our interactions as human beings, truthfulness is the basis of true connections, trust, intimacy, safety and real bonds. Truthfulness primarily about who we are, what our natures really are and what we really want. Truthfulness is the difference between a humanity that meets and knows itself and harmoniously bonds with itself, or a humanity that is perpetually at odds with itself, disunited and conflicted. Truthfulness is the most valuable virtue that a human being has to offer in the relationship with other human beings. As 2026 dawns, may you be honest with yourself about who you really are, and may you be honest to those who cherish you. It is the basis of everything good.

INVISIBLE GARDEN

Creation is soft and beautiful. But it is also meticulous and thorough, such that in all its softness it is also very hard, merciless and adamantine. Because everything comes back.

And in all it’s beauty, it is also very terrible and gruesome and unsmiling, because EVERYTHING is absorbed, tended, grown, prepared, strengthened and returned back to its originator. It is beautiful perfection.

You feel it but you don‘t realise it. All the time.

REALITY

Reality is a stranger. And we live in it, and live with it, but we don‘t know or understand it. We don‘t know what it’s Laws are, why it does the things it does. Why we fall sick, why we die how we die when we die. Why the Fulfilment of our dreams are cut short unexpectedly. Those who pray are not spared. Those who don’t, don’t fare better either. We live in Reality, something strange that we don’t understand. Understand why it apportions this to that person and that to this person. Why it is so inexorable, so unyielding, so mysterious. Why it will hit you tomorrow with something you don‘t expect today. Why?

Abd-ru-shin explained the Laws of Creation in his book The Grail Message „In the Light of Truth“ the best I have ever heard or read them explained. I return to it ever and again, to find clarity. But knowing of Reality is one thing. Becoming in harmony with Reality is the next step, and the hardest. Because for that, a person has to change, really really change from deep within. And only Reality itself can change a person that deeply. The more Reality confronts and confounds one, and hits one, the deeper it simultaneously seeks to pave its way deep into one, until it gets to that immortal light within one‘s core which alone can burn in harmony with Reality. Only then, at that final moment, will Reality cease to feel like a stranger, and start to feel like a father, like a teacher, like a guardian, like mother and like Home.

Wait for the knocking of the carpenter
For it won’t be long
Lovingly building that cradle, soft of hay
It will be rocked by a virgin’s song
But a prouder man, a truer man
Will watch over the smile of a radiant star

And if you think deeper, you will realise
He did not come to die, but to open up our eyes
To Life, to love, to a new reason to strive.

NEVER STOP SEEKING THE GRAIL

Works that stay
And show the way
To travelling spirits
On the right road
Long after I myself have passed
This way.

Not works of vanity
Nor dance of insanity
But honesty to my spirit
Who drank whilst thirsty
And knows the source of eternal water
The Grail’s Fountain.

Some seek politics
Some seek academics
Some believe in race issues
Some ideology or religion
And many will seek only pleasure
And self.

But through history
An inner mystery
Occupies all human spirits
It doesn’t die or fade –
The urge to know the true meaning of
The chalice, the stone, the mystery, the fountain,
The beginning, the origin, the genesis, the portal, the Grail.
