BOYS TO MEN

The older I get,
The more I miss my father.
The more knowing I grow,
The more I miss him.
The more I know him.
The more I understand him.
We live life forwards,
But understand life backwards.
When it‘s too late to change anything,
That’s when we understand everything.
The young shall grow.

FOREVER IS A LAND OF GOODBYES

One of the most beautiful things
I have found
Is to be able to let go of the past
And move on –
But never forget the past.

I love every pain
Every joy
Every regret and remorse
Every parting and every loss
Every victory and every memory

For by the very act of going
They left something with me
That will live in me forever…
Forever is a land of goodbyes
And new beginnings.

THE GOLDEN CALF

The golden calf of modern times is racism, dressed in nationalism and tribalism, burnished by religion. And we are all dancing around it.

The modern day biblical Aarons of today agitate and invite their people to bring all their wounded or selfish volitions and angers, throw them together into one terrifying heap and build it up into a shiny mock-sacrificial lamb statue of false beauty whose enticing radiation attracts spirits of like weakness.

Then they continually polish it, dance around it and sing sickly sweet warm songs of vicious ire and malicious fire to it; and all the while they keep on feeding it with their volitions and angers and hatred, and increasing its size. They praise and dance around their worship of their own selves and their hatred of others.

But Moses is true humanity on the Mountain-top, lonely and few, who make the effort to climb to connection to the commandments of self-conquest and selfless love. Watching the madness going on down in the valley of human soul – the madness that has engulfed the entire earth, all the continents and nations and peoples. Division is the only thing that still unites humankind.

Moses is true humanity on the Mountain-top of human nobility, lonely, clarified and few, watching the madness in the valley, and wondering if there is still any hope or still any point at all in sharing with these crazy ones the knowledge and the conviction which they carry deeply imprinted upon the inner soul-pages of their calmly flaming spirit. Love thy neighbour, as thyself.

It’s been repeated for so long, that it almost sounds like a childlike joke now. But some still believe. And I guess the children shall inherit the earth.

THE FRIEND SHIP

It‘s strange how what we call deep Love ends so quickly, and what we call just Friendship lasts and lasts and lasts.

It‘s funny how love affairs come and go, but Friendships remain and grow.

It‘s interesting how the things that touch the body can become uninteresting tomorrow, but the things that focus only on the spirit will always understand you and always be there.

Many people are more loyal to their friends than to their partners. Ever wondered why?

Many people are more open to their friends than to their partners. It causes some people pain, and yet some will defend it with their lives.

Many people feel misunderstood by their partners, but are deeply understood by their friends – and often wonder why they cannot find both in one.

Friendship is a treasure, a gift, a blessing, a wonderful wonderful bond. Treasure your friends, for you will have only few. And if you have a partner, may he or she be one of them.

When all else is dead and dark, and all hope is gone, true Friendship will show you the way back Home to Paradise.

THE HEART OF HUMANITY

With love we should call our children
So that with love they will come –
With love we should welcome our children
So that with love they will glow –
With love we should rear our children
So that with love they will grow –
With love we should release our children
So that with love they will go forth
And repeat the same process
With love –

Love is the only thing that makes us human –
Love is the most fundamental thing
That we should transfer from generation to generation
Through mankind –
Love is the progenitor, propagator and preserver
Of the HUMAN race –
Without love we are nothing.

LEARNING BY GIVING AND TAKING

Whenever a person says, this is what I want, i.e. whenever a person wills something with his volition, i.e. whenever an act of will emerges from a person, i.e. whenever a person WANTS something either for himself or for others – and they usually go together, because wishing something for others is usually the other method of wishing the opposite for oneself – then Creation gives one an opportunity to know how the effects of that thing feels upon those who are at the receiving end of its effects; so that one will learn if one’s volition was good or bad.

For example, if you wish to be a King, the threads of fate might lead you to be a subject under the kind of King you wanted to be, or eventually became, so that you can experience the true value, or lack of it, of your volition in Creation. If you steal from others, you will get stolen from, or lose what is dear to you in a situation akin to theft – that is, one that for you corresponds to or resembles theft. The time it takes for this lesson to manifest – whether in this earth life or in a future earth life – will not change it. Your soul still needs it.

This activity of reciprocity is an Act of Love on the part of Creation in which is anchored Laws full of the Will of God. For the Will of God is Justice. And Justice is Love.

RESPONSIBILITY

Sometimes when people disappoint you, it is because they are following, or seeking, the experiences that will mature them. Were they to suppress the urge, or to ignore the chance, to follow those experiences – just in order not to disappoint you – yes, you would have your loyal beholden person in your life, but they would have thereby killed themselves inside. Is that what you want?

If you love something, give it the freedom of choice of experiencing. Let it grow. Whether this means that it stays with you or leaves you, let it search by itself for the paths towards becoming its best self. For the urge to do so rests within each one of us, as an unremovable part of being a human Spirit. – The urge to embark on the journey of becoming oneself. Not every decision will be right, but Mistakes are sometimes the best teachers; and every experience can help you a step further towards becoming your real self, if you always make the effort to understand the lesson in them.

And, paradoxically, you can only become yourself by being yourself. The more you take responsibility for yourself, the more you grow towards yourself. Every seeker will always disappoint somebody – and sometimes the person they disappoint will be the person with whom they share the strongest bond of love. It is the price we all pay for taking full responsibility for our own ship of fate.
